Sadhana Conversations

Get in Touch

    Namaste,

In our modern spiritual journey, we often find ourselves without wise elders guiding us. Nor do we belong to traditional spiritual lineages with a strong support system to help refine our doubts. Sant sangati is considered to be one of the greatest treasures that a sadhaka can have – the company of like-minded sadhakas. Yet, in today’s changing world, a lot of sadhakas find themselves alone, on a spiritual path which is different from their family and friends.

I can help you fill that gap with 1–1 sessions to discuss sadhana related challenges, queries and more.

To be clear, I am not a Guru. My role is that of a fellow practitioner—someone who listens, reflects, and shares perspectives drawn from lived experience of over 20 years as a sadhaka, extensive travel through powerful spiritual spaces, long periods spent in ashram environments, close interactions with monks and serious practitioners across traditions, and firsthand exposure to countless real-world “sadhana situations”. This allows me to offer grounded, practical suggestions—not ideals, doctrines, or borrowed philosophies.

My personal sadhana is in the yogic practices of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. At the same time, I have a varied experience (some lived, some heard, some read) of different paths and ashrams. While a lot of the doubts and queries by sadhakas are common across paths – their resolutions are different. I keep in mind these differences. This is why InSpirituality welcomes sadhakas, devotees, seekers from all spiritual traditions around the world!

Note: I advise everyone to reach out to designated teachers/guides from their specific spiritual paths first. After that, if you still feel the need, I am available for a 1-1 talk.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. You reach out via the contact form or email or whatsapp message with a brief note about what you’d like to discuss
    2. I review your request and may ask follow up questions to understand better.
    3. If I feel I can add value, I will suggest a format for the session.
    4. If you agree, I will share the payment details (full advanced payment)
    5. After payment, we schedule a 1–1 online call
    6. After the session, you’re free to reflect, integrate, or reach out again if needed

I can only refer you to existing sadhana practices by spiritual lineages I know and respect. Beyond that, I will not impart any specific sadhana practice.

Most likely NOT. Before I agree to have a session with you, I will evaluate whether it is something I can help with. Thus, I don’t think there should be a refund situation because I would be offering some support. Anyway, these kind of conversation sessions are very subjective and personal in nature. So, you should always get into it as experimental… and take whatever experience it is and then evaluate whether there is any need for more.
