Sadhguru’s sathsangs are largely “public” nowadays, however, they leave Isha meditators shaken up by their intensity. Recently, I had, what I think was a major emotional release.
The 2nd book of the Aghora trilogy introduced me to the esoteric meanings of some of our common ‘mythological’ stories. Lately found myself musing on these when I was in Rishikesh and came across an ancient Shatrughna temple.
अखण्ड means non-stop, unceasing, entire, complete, total….
that which isn’t खण्ड i.e. fragmented, stopped, broken, pieces etc…
